Apps and tools I
can't live without.
The apps I use every day to be productive, happy and healthy.

I've cut my typing by about 80% just by talking to my computer. You set a single key on your keyboard, and it writes everything down significantly faster than I could type it.

Monarch gives you an incredible, complete view of all your finances. Net worth, spending, cash flow, budgets, subscriptions and goals sit in one app, and you can share it all with your partner.

An incredible tool to limit your phone use. It's fully customizable by category or by app. I highly recommend it. It really changed a lot of my behavior on my phone.

One of the most impactful things I've done for my health. Lab tests twice a year, then food and vitamin recommendations, with an impressive list of foods to switch to and foods to stay away from. Their AI chat is really good too.

There's nothing worse than losing something you copied because you copied over it. CopyClip saves your last 10 clips, and it will save you a lifetime of hurt.

If you have any elements of OCD, this one is for you. You set exactly how it snaps the windows on your screen. I always work with two screens side by side, and it spaces them perfectly. It has plenty of other organizing features too.

My go-to when I'm leading projects and teams. The Kanban board is the view I live by. It's the easiest way to stay organized across tasks, due dates and project views.

Just a life hack. When you start to add the things that you're looking forward to (if it's vacations, holidays, celebrations), it is a wonderful thing to have it to look forward to, but also to look back on and appreciate everything you've done. It has great widgets for the iPhone.

About the largest selection of audiobooks out there, with a great app. It turns my drive and my workouts into reading time.
